Die gemeinsame Tagung der Ernst von Caemmerer Stiftung, des German Hub des European Law Institute und der Forschungsstelle für Verbraucherrecht wird Plattformen als das markanteste Geschäftsmodell der digitalen Welt aus juristischer sowie wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Sicht zum Thema haben, soll aber insbesondere auch rechtsvergleichende Perspektiven eröffnen.

Conference on Platforms - Business Models and Contracts
The Ernst von Caemmerer Foundation together with the German Hub of the European Law Institute and the Forschungsstelle für Verbraucherrecht (FfV) is planning a conference in Bayreuth, which is scheduled on the 6th and 7th of July 2017. The Topic will be ‘Platforms’, which shall be dealt with from a legal and an economic point of view and wishes to open up an comparative law perspective.
