Prof. Dr. Schmidt-Kessel offers the specialisation course “Markets of the digital world”. Students taking this compulsory course will be hearing lectures regarding contract law for the digital sector, data protection law, competition law and copyright law. The advanced seminar topics will mostly be given by Prof. Dr. Martin Schmidt-Kessel and can refer to any of these areas of law.
